Company isn't going anywhere so if you can learn to be "corporate" and play the game then you are set.

Cons

Most of the Sales reps and Account Reps are idiots who only look out for themselves and agree to everything that client wants and make everyone's else's job a nightmare. Management is run by number crunchers who only see that and don't see people as people.

The company's commitment to employee development is commendable. I have been offered numerous opportunities for professional growth, including attending workshops, training sessions, and conferences. The support provided has allowed me to enhance my skills and expertise, making me a more effective and confident contributor to the team

Cons

I must acknowledge that one of the most challenging aspects of working here is the constant changes that come with the company's growth. While I understand that growth is essential for progress and success, it does create a level of uncertainty that can be difficult to navigate.

Social Committee plans fun things, benefits package is decent, co-workers are awesome, the actual office its-self is nice.

Cons

hourly pay and pay increases are minimal, no bonuses, little support for employees with families, no in office training to enhance your skills, do not earn paid vacation while on mat-leave, every department within the company runs differently so a lot of unfair business inside.
