Used to be a great company, but has been going downhill

- Very nice and friendly coworkers - Somewhat good benefits - No overtime except during month-ends

Cons

- No advancement - Micro-management at financial service centre - Management is not transparent - Minimal salary raise every year - Some employees were laid off, other ones left but were not replaced, current employees are overloaded and under lots of pressure - Low employee morale, high employee turnover rate - No parking at financial service centre - Managers have double standards and do not treat all employees equally - Office at financial service centre is dark, noisy, and there is no privacy at all (looks like a call centre...), and we used to work at another building with big windows and parking spots

Unfair treatment to the Employees, no appreciation for hardwork, bottom line the Boss have a favoritism especially in Markham Area, and the Bosses and Supervisor are crueless.
