Bad reward system for good employees, very slow and corporate when trying to advance within the company, deadweights kept on forever. Salaries on low side.

Pros

They have a great advancement structure, and really care about the employees. They offer great benefits healthcare, PTO, 401K with company match, and profit sharing. Very diverse workplace with an emphasis on team work. Their team based policy keeps everybody in close communication from entry level to upper management, and they truly listen to employee input in fact they encourage it.

Cons

Not many cons. I guess the only con is that most of the plant works night shift with a rotating schedule so you don't always work the same days. But it is predictable so you can easily plan for the days you are off.
