Pros

TC is a very driven and focused company. Their leadership at the top level is very good. Some of the best that I've had the privilege of working with. The CEO knew my wife and kids and asked about them whenever he seen me.

Cons

Promotions weren't always given to the best or most qualified. At least at the lower levels, promotions were many times given to a persons buddy or someone that they were good friends with instead of the most qualified.
