Pros

Excellent worklife balance. Very supportive and collaborative culture. It is a place where if you can find a way to add value to the core business of the company you will be rewarded and recognized for your efforts.

Cons

Large organization with a reluctance to implement change unless there is an immediate crisis to address. New ideas and opportunities outside the core business are met with skepticism, however this is not different from many very large organizations.

Pros

Great people; Fun products; Great values; Higher purpose; People who work there really care about what they are doing; People are focused on front line employees from the top down - which drives focus on the customer. Thats something anyone can get behind.

Cons

Getting big - bureacracy is growing; Getting difficult to get things done because of the size.

Great value system; energetic and proud work force.

Cons

Internal professional development is lacking - if you want to develop as an IT professional, you're best off going elsewhere. If you've already got a developed skill set though, T-Mobile can be a rewarding company to work for.
