Question 1
Tell me about a time you helped an upset customer. What actions did you take to assist them to give them a better experience?
I applied via a referral. After 4 days I was contacted by a recruiter and to set up a pre-screening call. The following week I passed the screening and the recruiter forwarded my info to the hiring manager. During the pre-screening the recruiter asked me about salary and explained the hybrid work arrangement (3 days in office/2 at home). I was also asked about my experience. Three weeks after applying I interviewed with the hiring manager. During the interview I was given more information about the role, and we discussed my background and how I handle managing telecom projects. Later that week I was notified I had been selected for a final panel interview. The panel interview consisted of the hiring manager and 3 peers who were in the same role I was interviewing for. During the panel interview, the hiring manager asked about 5 questions and each person on the panel asked 1 question. I was told they wanted to select the chosen candidate by the end of the following week. It's been over 3 weeks now. I have not received any information either way. Overall, the process was not too difficult, but it's been a little stressful and it would be nice to get some closure.
