Great pay for hard work

Pros

Well , it's great exercise . I was a driver for 10 years and it is a very hard job. Lots of lifting and running but the pay was very good.

Cons

Lots of lifting and running. Even when it's ice on the ramp and sidewalk. The only thing that seems to be important is getting the delivery done. Safety second. Lunch comes last.

Pros

Pay Rate is competitive among there peer warehouse outfits

Cons

My way or highway attitude, they like to talk down to there employees especially when there’s a crowd. The longer your employed they consider you as a liability. They don’t give out raises anymore. Just a 1% of your last years salary bonus payment. (SCAM) And if you’re not on the s... list.

Pros

Facility is nice! Starbucks and gym onsite.

Cons

Many HR data issues that make HR/benefits/payroll processes difficult to manage. Overwhelming complains from associates concerning discrepancies with demographic data, benefits admin and payroll. Benefit plan designs could be better.
