Pros

Industry leader, good benefits, good lower management. Lots of continuing training.

Cons

Downgraded compensation package…everyone’s salary rolled back beginning of fiscal year 2025 (July 2024). How lucrative the new plan is, will be determined in time.

Pro is flexible hours, that’s about it

Cons

Bonus structure is terrible. Upper management does care about employees. They do not look out for sales reps. Don’t care about the small business. Have to put in sales call plans that are useless. Micromanaging

The work culture isnt great here. You dont really know what youre working towards. No work life balance. Expense Control, cutting positions
