      Taking the personalization OUT of the company!

      Large company, good benefits, salary in line with market

      Cons

      Cutting jobs left and right. Associate morale at an all time low. Turning so “corporate” that the reason our customer base loved us (our service level) is the one thing they are destroying by centralizing everything. They aren’t realizing that the food industry is very different in different areas of the country. Corporate and their “think tank groups” are ruining this once wonderful company!!!

      Meet great people, good benifits

      No 401k match, cant get time off, management that tries to run a 24 hr a day operation on a 9 to 5 schedule. Management that tells you everything you are doing wrong and could not do my job im there life depends on it
