They're laying off a bunch of people; employee is at an all time low. They want to keep only sales positions in the states.

Pros

Working for the biggest food distributor In the world has it's benefits. Great resources and great first sales job in terms of the amount of quality training you recieve. Sysco is also very forward thinking so things are always changing to better adapt to the market and help customers.

Cons

Things are always changing that It really is up to local management to ensure successful rollouts of new programs etc. Sometimes that doesn't happen, although I dont think because of lack of effort.
