Pros

None anymore. Unless you like being treated like garbage

Cons

Lowest pay of any other company in this field. They offer sign on bonus but you can make more just getting paid normal any where else. Treat their workers like used toilet paper. Only advice run away the fire not into it.

Pros

When I first started, the location I worked in was a team environment. We worked together and helped each other move mountains to attain goals. At that time, the company put employees first. Compensation was outstanding and benefits were to be expected - competitive.

Cons

The reorganization has driven morale in the wrong direction. US based operations were stripped of leadership and combined into markets with unattainable goals. Management level employees at the sites were expected to pick up the left over pieces as leadership was wiped out. Standardization drives unrealistic metrics and employees no longer seemed to be of value. They were just another cog in the giant corporate wheel. While change did need to happen, the pace at which it was required was and still is unrealistic. Many of the best leaders in the field have sense left and the few who remain are exhausted and burnt out, being told to do more and more with less and less.

Pros

The benefits are decent and it’s a very large company with a wide variety of career options.

Cons

Senior leadership is new and driving the company into the ground. Supply Chain leadership has a good plan to improve upon deficiencies but the technology team can’t keep up and the finance team is driving a disconnected and shortsighted agenda. New HR leaders seem insincere and the HR team is almost ENTIRELY new. The people who actually know how to get things done are being pushed out of the department. Sysco is in trouble if they don’t get it together!
