Decent pay for the work that I did, people I worked with were nice, my supervisor on the dry side where I selected was a cool dude that was always making work fun with his jokes and crazy personality

Cons

Extremely long hours, understaffed, night manager only thinks of himself, threatened frequently by night manager of being fired for making mistakes, night manager tells you at pre- shift meetings that you aren’t allowed to call out even if you have sick time, training supervisor over new hires is terrible as he disappears frequently all night long, no home life, never praised when you do good but as soon as you make a mistake you fear for your job

Sysco is/was a great company to work for. The benefits are good. There are great perks in the company.

Cons

Hard work, dedication, honesty, commitment, integrity all means nothing to this company anymore. Like all the other companies now, youth and bilingual. Experience has gone out of the door.
