      Opportunity to make good money, great benefits

      Cons

      Overwork due to staffing issues, loss of incentive pay from issues or errors that have nothing to do with you i.e. error from a missing item that you selected and placed on the pallet but since the cube height was too big to fit in the truck the loader downstacked it to the wrong place now you have an error, being written up and losing incentive pay for not maintaining 100% every single day regardless of whether your week still ended up at 120%
