Pros

Nice work area. Lunch is paid for now as incentive.

Cons

Messy, classless, desperate women holding up a front. Too much is asked. You get into the smallest tiff with one person and it starts all types of drama. They are over staffed so while it seems that there’s room for everyone the “team” doesn’t act that way. Again. The environment can turn toxic at the drop of a hat. Be prepared to navigate unnecessary workplace politics and receive a smile in your face and talk behind your back approach to everything. The desperation for such a low paying job says everything about how low some of these people are and will go for a seat at the table. Then there’s no real room to move up so why its all of this drama behind the scenes I don’t know. Anything for a job where they don’t have to move I suppose. Not an exaggeration AT ALL. ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC. Favoritism and drama unless you know how to stay in the good graces of butch ladies that act like they’re nice, they’re favorite picks cause they are lesbian (which is fine), and butt kissers. This is an honest review. Good luck to you if you go for it anyways and be as blessed as possible. Always.

Pros

You will learn how to do data analytics then use that experience to go get a job within another company making at least $30,000 more annually with salary bonus that Sysco does not provide. The work life balance is a positive note.

Cons

Your salary will always be below your fair market value for similar work in every other industry. The company will find new ways and excuses to not pay their associates, while executives and directors take huge bonus and incentives that end up causing massive layoffs
