      When they hire you as a Route driver, they dont tell you that there may be some days when you come to work you may not have a route? No pay for that day

      - Allow for advancement within your skill set - allow for workers to undergo education on their own time with flexible scheduling and financial support when someone wants to further their education - the benefits applying to health and wellness and product discounts - their willingness to keep employees working for as long as possible when business slows and costs need to be reduced (minimal lay-offs)

      Cons

      - I had some trouble between my periods of schooling as I am in an apprenticeship program. This program requires me to work for 10 months and then attend trade school for 2 months, where Sysco had never dealt with an apprentice before it was a slow process to get through all of the paperwork as is with all large companies.

      Pros

      Great pay, still expanding to get more business and that creates more work for us to make more money every night

      Cons

      Not for a family oriented man like myself that likes to be home at night with his family. Short staffed so we had to work six days a week.
