Not so family friendly, not as loyal to you as you may have been to them. Not a lot of opportunity to move up in the company

Pros

good pay , good benefits through have a good union, equipment is getting better, fresh air working environment, home with the family each night.

Cons

hard work, changes to customers you serve all the time, very little support from management when dealing with customer concerns, the driver is always on the hook for things going wrong as the warehouse or management never take responsibility or take suggestions of the drivers!

Awesome company with incredible benefits. Pro teamwork. The training Instructors absolutely want you to succeed!

Cons

Too much time spent in-house, not enough time spent going over the computer based sales program that is one of the most important areas of the position.
