Pros

Benefits package is excellent, job is flexible, you can work from anywhere as you are fully mobile. build strong relationships with long term customers

Cons

You have an electronic leash that is your phone. you work 7 days a week. making profit plan seems more important than compensating employees for their work, the clawback in 2017 is straight unfair

Pros

The only pro is the trainings as you learn a lot about the food industry. The business review is one of the best features offered to Sysco customers.

Cons

Worse job and management I ever experienced. The way they treat their people and talk to them is horrible. I never have experience a job where more than 75% hate their job.

Pros

Lots of food and opportunities to meet really fun people but working 24/7 with 100 percent commission in such a competitive field is very trying to say the least.

Cons

Work 24/7 not really the ideal job for 100 percent commission in such a competitive field. Lots of windshield time as well .
