Pros

Some good people working there, free food sometimes.

Cons

IMHO - Below average benefits and pay. Safety gets nothing but lip service and employees are discouraged from reporting injuries that management does nothing to prevent. Uses employees hard, treats them poorly, and then discards them. Thrives on bullying and harassment of workers to meet targets.

Pros

Make your own schedule, meet new customers and form good relationship with them. Can meet others that work there that are helpful.

Cons

You are working more than 40 hours a week. Not given days off and expected to be available 24/7. Always trying to get customers to pay their bills.

My co-workers were very warm and friendly.

Cons

Most managers don't know the basics of what the people do whom they are managing.
