Pros

Free lunch and training new staff was enjoyable.

Cons

The job is very fast paced especially if you work in a store that does home deliveries. Most of it depends on the franchise owner who in my case was ok but the area manager he employed was not very inspiring to work under. Pay is very low for the amount of output expected of store managers.

Pros

You get a free footlong everyday you work.

Cons

The pay is really low and they expect you to do so many things with almost no staffing and support. You need to multitask constantly and it makes it impossible to get things done in a timely manner on the hours alotted.
