Pros

Very flexible schedule. Easy work. Can catch on very fast. Opportunity for advancement quickly.

Cons

Pay. No PTO, Sick days, Vacation, Insurance. Communication and respect are highly lacking between owners and management. Work life balance is lacking. They know who won't say no and who will give up days off to help them cover shifts. (I have worked 22 days straight before I said no to working more, finally.)
