Ok place to work if youre just a sandwich artist

Really friendly coworkers and the other manager was like my best friend. It was a really easy job for the general employees

Cons

Management constantly gets grilled about productivity when we are already running with the bare necessities for staff as it is. Owner does not treat people fairly and publicly criticizes her employees. Headquarters never does what we need them to. Menu board changes that got shipped in the mail never included all that we needed and its impossible to keep the crew up to date with whats going on because half the time we, management, dont even know but we do our best to keep the crew up to date.

It wasn't a difficult job, perfect for a student. Great young team. Flexible hours, we all participated in the making of schedule for the next week. Free subs !

Cons

We were pay atthe minimum wage and we didn't get tips. Crazy rush hours sometimes. Very often we weren't enough of us.
