Pros

-My schedule could be made as I would like it to be, but I would have to not only absorb 30 hours on the pre made schedule, but also make sure that administrative tasks and goals were met. While absorbing these 30 pre made hours it would sometimes interfere with meetings and other things that were needed for Area Managers to attend. Not thought out well by franchise owners.

Cons

-Spreading your Area Managers to thinnly, and not giving consistant directions. Franchise owners would give direction one day to do things a certian way and that next week at the meeting have no idea why we were leading our stores to do things this way. -Little to no feed back. -No respect for employees or management.

Pros

For every 4 hours work I get a free 6" sub and cookie.

Cons

Management does not send me timesheets then rings me up and tells me I have missed my shift and it was an inconvience to get another worker in for that shift.
