Pros

The pay was good compared to many other Subways I worked for. There were some good people to work with. The job was very easy

Cons

Some customers are a little bit picky when you make their food in front of them. Light lettuce, no a little more than that and so on.

Pros

Flexible with schedule they are a really human company that understand your situations and problems they were really flexible with me on schedule and school

Cons

I really don't have anything bad about the company except that I really wish you could grow more I sed the company and they would give you more opportunity

Pros

In my old store it was the team as one cohesive unit. I really enjoyed the interaction with customers. Another plus was the min stress level.

Cons

The inability (or should I say "bad luck") to find a permanent Store manager that fit for our store. This is still an ongoing issue I believe.
