Pros

My manager was flexible and gave me lots of hours, even just starting out. Also, the environment was not as fast-paced and sweaty as other fast-food establishments. I kept moving, but I never got out of breath or exhausted--I think the store is set up so you don't have to go rushing around all the time. At other fast food restaurants, I've found myself constantly rushing from dining room to kitchen to service counter.

Cons

cutting the bread right is really hard. I never got the hang of it, and I don't consider myself dumb! Also, you smell really bad when you get off work--like onions, mustard and yeast--and the smell never gets out of your skin or hair, much less your work uniform. The only unpleasant task at work was cutting onions. The onions were way too strong and you had to keep leaving the kitchen to rinse your eyes out with water and wipe the tears away.
