Pros

Super flexible scheduling. Shifts are relatively short. If your store has a small staff you can get a decent amount of hours for part time (I'm averaging almost 30 hours a week).

Cons

Your customers will probably be idiots and will always ask if the footlongs are $5 and then not understand when you tell them only a few are all the time but there are certain months where they're all $5. Limited training for management positions and your job doesn't really change at all when you do get promoted. Having a shift that starts at 6:30am for a fast food job. Inspectors are stupidly nit-picky. District manager literally does not do her job. You tell her your store needs something fixed and she just tells you how bad things are at the other stores without telling you if or when it will be fixed. Overall you'll probably end up hating your job.
