Pros

It was a good high school or between job to have. They were always positive and gave Christmas bonuses. I enjoyed my time there.

Cons

It is necessary that you work nights/ weekends/ holidays, which can be hard when you have a family. Also customers can be awful.

Mediocre for a part time job

Pros

You get to become very close with the crew you work with. Strong friendships form. Generally you don't have to work overtime beyond what you are scheduled on a shift

Cons

Low pay compared to many part time jobs available Food service isn't a great industry. You deal with exceptionally rude people all day and are expected to smile Upper management doesn't really care about the smaller workers.
