Pros

Good staff benefits and cheap meals as a student on minimum wage, enjoyable colleagues of same age and interests

Cons

the younger workers tend to be a bit less 'motivated' to work nowadays, which means they often call in sick. Some of the franchisees are just stress heads who are not nice to their employees - no respect.

Pros

Flexible schedule, very easy going environment with team members.

Cons

Been there for 3 years and barely had a raise of 25 cents. Others get payed more for doing the same job. No benefits.
