Subway reviews

For a part timer the inconstant hours are bothersome. The part I'm, of course, expected to do and not complain because it's an integral part of the job is the trouble with customer interaction; one learns how to communicate better with people of his or her community but it's an up hill battle. There are countless times I've believed a customer slightly insane because they wanted me to preform some illogical, pointless, or inefficient task. I'm grateful the consequences of mistakes are so minor and easily rectified generally speaking.

-they fire you and wont give you a chance to explain. I had a family emergency and I couldnt make it into work that day. I tried to call and text both manager and assistant and neither of them replied. When i got to work the next day, my name was scratched out and i wasnt on the upcoming schedule. They had said that I was fired because i was a NCNS and wouldnt listen to me as i explained AND SHOWED them the messages i sent and the call logs where i called them both. Sucks, but its their loss. I was a great worker
