Pros

Always felt comfortable with management and other employees. You can make a free meal after a few hours of work and free drinks.

Cons

I honestly have to say that the only real cons that I have here are that there's no where for us to sit and customers can be annoying/feign ignorance.

Pros

Working as a Sandwich Artist you have the opportunity to dabble in many different areas. This job is so much more than just making sandwiches. While at this job I had responsibilities like inventory, stocking different items, managing the till, keeping bread counts, and of course the customer service aspects as well.

Cons

A lot of responsibilities are required of employees and it can become stressful staying on top of it all and still managing to be efficient.

Pros

The tagline is true - Subway food is very fresh and methods of preparation and food storage are second to none. All the food you create is clean and it teaches you how to prep food carefully if you're pursuing a job in hospitality.

Cons

Petty office culture - managers have people they like and people they dont. If I ever made friends with an employee the roster would be changed so I never worked with them. The harder you work the more inconvenient it becomes - was rewarded with hard work by covering shifts people didn't want to do - Saturday Nights then Sunday Mornings. Had to get out of there.
