Pros

Fair wage, not much else

Cons

To many to go over. Lets just say you will work off the clock if you want to keep your job. Long hours with no compensation. Lots of driving in your own vehicle with mileage that does not pay for the wear and tear.

Pros

Free 6-inch for Lunch A few nice people to work with

Cons

The franchise owners don't care about the staff, only that they're making money Broken equipment Total disregard for health and wellbeing of staff (Forced to prepare food while I was running a fever and vomiting) Bullying (To the point of being on anti-depressants) Managers spread across several stores Poor wages/No benefits Expected to work like a robot Supervisors who have no concept of team leadership No A/C Turns out one of the supervisors I had to work with is a pedophile
