Pros

It’s a great company to work for if you can work individually and you know how to get things done.

Cons

The pay is terrible! Yes I understand that minimum wage means minimum skills but being there over a year and you everything there needs to know, pay wage should increase.

Pros

You can have fun with coworkers. You get to chat with regular customers and get connections with them.

Cons

Working alone especially at night. A lot of perverts out there. The stress of having a line out the door while you are working by yourself. The pay can suck and some stores are sexist. I had men making more than me even though I was over them management wise.

Pros

good first job experience in a fast paced, team environment. The longer you worked there the more you would get paid, my pay increased by about $1.00/hour after the first year.

Cons

can get very busy during rush hours, and during sports tournaments. sometimes understaffed. there is always something that you have to be doing so there is not much downtime
