Benefits - PTO, 401k, Profit sharing

Cons

Poor work/home balance - was on call 24 hours a day High turnover - nobody wanted to be there Corporate policies - clearly made by people who had never set foot in a store and had no knowledge of everyday operations nor what was important to customers

Job itself was fun Other sandwich artists were fun to work with (most of them at least) Free food on shift

Minimum wage Essentially got kicked out because the new manager gave his wife all my shifts

Free food when on shift.

Cons

Really hard work for little in return. Two days worth of training shifts NOT PAID Opening the store alone, breaking all the bread, prep, delivery's and serving breakfast. No breaks when working Minimum wage Creepy owner, watched all of the team on cameras
