Pros

Respect for employees, great company values. Embraces a wide range of experiences and backgrounds. There is passion for the products and the people.

Cons

Very matrixed organization. Some employees have a sense of entitlement but generally a good place to work. There is some lack of process so it can be hard to get things done.

Pros

Good culture, everyone is very passionate about the brand, good salary and benefits, great working atmosphere, challenging work, opportunites to move around and advance within the company.

Cons

Some of the newer leadership within Supply Chain are moving ahead making some good and questionable changes, but it is as the expense of respect and courtesy.
