Pros

Decent benefits package, great customers, good lower-level co-workers.

Cons

Bottom of the barrel pay combined with high expectations; The entire company seems to be aimless now, unsure of whether it's a fast food chain or a cafe.

Pros

Great for people who drink copious amounts of coffee and/or tea. You get 1lb of coffee per week or 1 box of tea in addition to a 30% discount.

Cons

Used to be a perfect job for students, however, with the new scheduling requirements it make it very hard for students to comply with. Policies and standards are constantly being changed (which would be fine) except there is a lack of consistency and communication which causes confusion.
