Pros

Starbucks treats their corporate partners very well. I found that the Pacific Northwest (home) region in Starbucks excels at striving to live to their mission statement and the communications within the company are outstanding.

Cons

Starbucks suffers from the "we grew to quickly" syndrome that many businesses in the retail food store sector have suffered. However, in the last several years, they have also taken drastic steps to correct this malady, and time will tell if their strategy works.
