Pros

The people! Senior leaders are intelligent, competent, and compassionate. Company values are consistent with high-level decision-making.

Cons

Middle managers are less competent, too robotic, and make decisions based on their own interest. It's a lot of CYOA... cover your own *ss.

Pros

The very best reason to work here is generous benefits compared with other part time service sector jobs.

Cons

You are dealing with the public. Plus, tough economic times can mean fewer part time hours.

Pros

Relaxed work environment. Informal atmosphere. Great product(s). Environment included in the mission and real work happens against it.

Cons

Career growth and investments in employees (partners) was once commonplace, but have since be cut for cost reasons. Management skills are inconsistent and feedback is emotional and ego related.
