Pros

A great competetive wage. The benefits that partners receive are outstanding. Very flexible scheduling and willing to work with students in college. A lot of fun to work with other partners and see your favorite regular customers each day.

Cons

Very repetetive job that can get boring day to day. Tend to hire outside of the company rather than promote partners within.

Pros

One of the rare places that offer part-time benefits including medical, dental, 401k, and perks like a free pound of coffee beans every week, tuition reimbursement, stocks. Very flexible with school and personal life.

Cons

Middle management (district and regional level) is often weak and uncommunicative. Not enough promotion inside the company. Overly micromanaging standards set by corporate.
