Pros

Good annual leave days, has policy to promote volunteering in the community.

Cons

Hardly any teamwork. Management breeds "everyone for himself" culture. No pay raise for 3 years even though I am a ”good employee”. Although company has volunteering benefits, the bosses do not encourage it.

Pros

Standard Chartered while going through a very ugly turnaround/ business restructuring phase, is an overall very good workplace. It's a place I admire working for.

Cons

Long working hours! Just too much work with a long list of things to do which gets updated every 5 minutes!. Just crazy sometimes . .
