      - Nice culture of collaboration, not competition, strong values like diversity & inclusion and others - Fairly good work-life balance, especially for Singapore - Abilities to grow and move within the company

      Cons

      - Bank: a lot of regulatory, procedural , process hurdles, which hinder quick delivery and innovation - Still a lot of manual and innefficient processes, effort to reduce those very slow due to previous point - Very frequent organisational and strategic direction changes, restructuring
