      Old outdated systems & technology Pathetic processes You will survive and thrive if you are an "yes man" Biased HR that doesn't have the wherewithal to question Biz Seniors since their ratings are provided by the business they support..in other words Puppets! No Foolproof KPIs, Senior Management's decision on ratings & promotions are final A bank of this size does Ratings and Increments on Excel and no standardized processes or policies...heavily dependent on the Senior Mgt's discretion
