      Pay is competitive. Benefits are standard.

      Cons

      Being micromanaged with no consideration for mental wellbeing or work-life balance although raised several times. Sink or swim mentality with no proper guidance. One of my worst decisions. Can't wait to leave before I lose all sanity.

      The place is not short of opportunities but needs more authentic leaders

      Cons

      Place for talkers and white skin, too many discriminatory firing decisions have been ignored and the despite some representation at helm does not care as optics is all matters I see this continues, and nothing has changed. TIME FOR ACTION!!
