      Pros

      Good benefits, pay was really good, but I ended up taking a better offer with a hedge fund.

      Cons

      Most of the tech team are of the same race. Very poor tech system in place (mostly legacy systems) People who were so-called "engineers" spent most of their day doing documentation and on-calls, not very technical after all.

      Compensation is well above market standards. Established Brand Job Security Hikes and Bonus One can stay as long as they require to work here.

      Cons

      Multiple hierarchy and not a flat organisation, we have to reach many levels for a issue or problem to get sorted out. Process oriented Organisation. More people for process related work than people do the actual work. worst office politics. Everyone will do Blame game to save their job. Many people are stagnant here and outdated, especially leadership levels. High pressure environment. Sometimes need to come on weekends also to work. Employees are treated badly. Leadership knows what's happening and will not come forward to change anything. Micro Management
