Pros

Better work-life balance and compensation is competitive

Cons

Extremely unprofessional work environment. May be it's just my team, but it leaves a really bitter taste. The Global Head of our department has no work other than gossiping. He has no educational qualification to be at his position, yet he is here

Pros

The level of diversity is incredible. I have never worked for a more exciting environment with wonderful opportunities to learn from colleagues from across the globe.

Cons

The company doesn't do well on retaining women, and they insist on promoting either white or Indian males. There is also a lot of cronyism.
