      Relaxed work culture. Good place for people, who does not have much expectations from life.

      Pros

      Good employee benefits. Highest no. of branches within India, so an employee can move to a different location. Good presence in Asia and hence offers mobility to Singapore and Hong kong. Good HR policies.

      Cons

      A person tends to get laid back and lethargic, because of the slow work culture. No focus on professional development and on knowledge improvement. Promotion and salary hike is very slow. Most of the front-line and sales staff are not very educated and are just normal graduates. Technologically not advanced and lack of coordination between various departments.

      Pros

      Great talent and global imprint which really helps when looking at resources and networking especially in emerging markets across the world

      Cons

      It is mainly prominent in Middle East, Africa (Sub-saharan) and Asia. This is not so good for later things in Europe/North America
