      Cons

      Complicated hirechy which constraints the development and implementation of some innovative ideas with conflicts of interets between departments and long approval process with in the group.

      operational inefficiencies; incompetence in certain areas/geographies (mostly due to inadequate talent pools); lower-end of compensation scale within industry; as an employee who does not work in the Consumer (Retail) Bank, there are many ways our CB platform (online and otherwise) could be improved upon

      Overly anglo centric at the most senior levels Loyalty is not rewarded local "mafias" are too strong and override company values
