      Good environment Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunity to grow as a professional Friendly senior management Very young team in most departments which makes it easier to get things done

      Very weak human resource department Mostly controlled by group Top management can be very slow in decision making Recently not keeping with market movement Training facilities and opportunities are not satisfactory

      people are willing to help if you ask questions, lots of opportunity to learn the inside workings of a bank, great exposure in a non-pressure environment. good work-life balance for the employees.

      Cons

      some times favoritism is employed and can affect other employees negatively - depends entirely on an individual boss. not much else to say.
