      Pay is not like IBs but still more than decent. A trade off for more reasonable working hours. It depends on your direct manager

      Great work life balance Averagely decent money Great culture Supportive Managers Great brand recall A strong bank, relatively untouched by Financial Crisis Great place to start if you're working in Wholesale Banking

      Cons

      Pay the lowest as compared to other banks. Terrible HR, absolutely lackadaisical to the needs of the business or career progression of employees. Once you're inside, you have to fend for yourself. DO NOT JOIN CONSUMER BANKING, frustrated frontline, frustrated managers, Will keep telling you that you're overpaid 'cause you're an MBA.

      A global financial instituition with diversified environment, numerous opportunities and a good platform for graduate entrants to learn new things.

      Cons

      Complicated hirechy which constraints the development and implementation of some innovative ideas with conflicts of interets between departments and long approval process with in the group.
