Pros

Supportive work culture, employee-friendly policies, strong presence in India gives opportunities to be involved in headline transactions. SCB India has been involved in some big ticket domestic and cross-border transactions. Wholesale Banking has grown tremendously since it was set up 12 years ago.

Cons

The management training program, known as the IG Program, is currently a 2 year program. It seems too long a duration for a training program, as market conditions can change drastically in 2 years!
