      This is a place when there are no limits for learnings, cultural exposures and career advancements when you put your mind towards performance.

      Cons

      Autocracy in the workplace leading to rise of office politics. The challenge of working around this situation drains the drive people have for work. Of course, this may not be the scenario right now.
