Pros

Well educated colleagues, good team culture, global exposure, adequate compensation. The bank is growing when many others have experienced difficulties mainly due to it's strong focus on emerging economies.

Cons

Poor work-life balance which is the norm. The bank has recently been implicated in a massive allegation of fraud involving the Iranian Government. The bank will fight these charges. However, it remains to be seen what will happen.
